Following clarification, the liquid is refined through a staged filtration process to maximise clarity and consistency.
The cocktail is first passed through a fine mesh sieve to remove the larger coagulated proteins formed during clarification. It is then filtered twice through coffee filters, allowing gravity to separate any remaining micro-particles without disturbing the structure of the liquid.
No pressure is applied at any stage. This slow, passive approach preserves aromatic precision while ensuring a clean, polished appearance.
The result is a stable, clarified base with improved definition, ready for final dilution and service.
